Assist Church Expansion exists to catalyze new churches, sites, mergers and adoptions that will expand our movement with Legacy Churches. Our fundamental role in the church planting movement is to empower our local churches to multiply by aiding in the recruitment of new leaders and facilitating their development. Because we believe that a true movement can only happen through the churches themselves, we are committed to our churches and invested in their leaders. Come, hear and meet the leaders of 4 new church expansion projects launching in the next 14 months in our fellowship.

Grace Church is not your typical mega church. It is a church-planting network, active in their evangelical mission of “30 in 30”: planting 30 campuses in 30 years. Jeff leads an excellent team to raise up pastors and leaders to staff future campuses. He counts it a privilege to work alongside this staff as well as Grace College in the development of these young leaders.

Dr. Bogue is the author of the books: 5 Assumptions About God and Why They Are Wrong, ReSet: Why Discipleship Isn’t About Trying Harder, Living Naked: How an Ordinary Person Can Live an Extraordinary Life, and the One Step Discipleship Journals. Jeff also travels nationally and abroad speaking and training ministry leaders. Dustin Godshall has led the Grace Brethren Church, York, Pa., for the last two and half years. Previously, he served at Grace Church in Powell Ohio for 11 years overseeing the middle school ministry for eight years and family ministry for three years.
Responding to God’s call to teach, preach, and lead, Dustin took on the challenge leading the small church in York to reach the potential God placed all around them. Over the last two years, the church has doubled with many new young families connecting to the ministry. Focusing on building teams, developing a gathering culture, and vertical worship, the church has a culture that believes healthy things grow.
Dustin married his high school sweetheart, Kelly, two weeks after graduating from Grace College in 2002. They are blessed with three incredible kids, one boy and two girls, who love soccer, softball, and of course video games. Every bike ride with the kids turns into an adventure of some type ranging from playing in the creek to venturing off the beaten path to explore new areas. Dustin enjoys riding motorcycles and chasing whitetails, just not at the same time.
Dustin will do a "short-talk" during the Thursday evening Celebration.

Fremont, Ohio is not a large town (16,000 people)! However Grace Community Church (a member of the Fellowship of Grace Brethren Churches) has seen steady numerical and spiritual growth for 25 years. With over 100,000 square feet of gathering space we will have lots of options. And the church is commited to keeping our expenses low. This will be least expensive registration cost in years!
In keeping with our theme about access, we will provide multiple gatherings for ministry interests: worship leaders, solo pastors, administrators, executive pastors, childrens ministry leaders, family ministry leaders, pastoral care, counseling and much more.
And we will still have great celebrations! Grace Community has an awesome sanctuary. They just completed a multi-function room where we will do meals. And their children's wing is awesome. The meeting space is perfect for our goals.
Leaders need access! In the church, leaders need other Jesus-following-leaders who have the experiences and perspectives that help them advance. Access2018 will be intentionally designed to give leaders meaningful, ministry-changing access.
We will create more time in the schedule for you to gather with other leaders who know what you need and need what you know. Call them cohorts, or round-tables, or interest groups but we will provide ample time for you to talk about what you are learning in ministry. We'd like to call access2018 a "customized conference."
You will have new connections that can call anytime you learn something new or need a fresh idea. This can change your ministry!
